Catch Up

Sweet, innocent Nolan proved not to be so sweet and innocent when he got both Phil and I sick this past week (thanks buddy!), so that's my excuse for not posting, haha! Anyways...the last 2 week-ends have been awesome b/c we've been home. Phil's got a lot done around the house and had the opportunity to get some golfing in. I've been able to relax and spend some quality time on the deck, sunning and reading. =)

I'm the captain of the Flint Journal's Cultivating Our Community Team, which takes care of a plot of land at a local park in Flint, so I brought Nolan along the last clean-up we had...(these pics were taken by my friend Pardeep, which is probably why they're pretty awesome)

We got to attend a double birthday party a couple of Sundays ago at our friends the Lemons. Nolan fell in love with AJ's tractor (as he does every time we go there).

The Birthday Kids!

The Birthday...Dads??? They just HAD to get in on the fun! =)

Nolan and I are going down to spend some time with Jaime and cousin Landen at their boat this week-end, so I'm sure I'll have plenty of pics next week. Right now, I'm looking forward to some more relaxation and fun times with my litle man!

I know one of those 'dad's'! anyway, sad I might miss you this weekend. But have fun without me, I will call you to see what the scope is once I get there.

I'm impressed by the cakes! Do you know who did them?

So glad you've had time to enjoy being home. It's great to be busy and do a lot of fun stuff... but nothing beats being home!

Nolan's getting so big and what a tough guy, almost like he's ready to be a big brother...

Oh my goodness Nolan is growing so much and so stinking cute! You're one hot mama, can't wait to see that new little one!
